In my personal opinion, you don't need to but it's your choice. I don't have a problem with implants but think they look best when they aren't too drastic or unrealistic.
First of all, you look fantastic. Second, boobs are not like bank accounts where bigger is always better. They are great in every size even if people like Hugh Hefner don't think so. Such people are not worth thinking about. Lastly, even if some people talk about "new boobs," there is no such thing. All you can buy are plastic bags of silicone gel and they do not move and have a distinct edge that you can see. They look like breasts only when you have clothes on, so not an attractive idea as I see it. Big boobs are not nicer and big plastic bags are really not nicer. So now you know what I think. 😍
You certainly don't need them, you have lovely boobs. But if you want them, for whatever reason, and it sounds like it's been on your mind for a while if it's an "eternal life question" then I'm sure you'll make whichever decision is best for you.
Please don't!! PLEASE DON"T!! Not worth it! I used to work in surgeries and have seen so many mistakes occur after the patients had such perfect boobs beforehand.
