I am still in Massachusetts, running my own company.

The latest project I had was helping open a new speakeasy type bar, hidden in a basement with historic stone walls. Hiring, training, decorating, all done and just watching the 5 star reviews pour in from my couch now - on to the next project!

I'm also.... running for local government! I'm already on a board,...

My last update was from Atlanta, woh! Welp, since that post - I moved back to Orlando... but DeSantis was juicing up his regime so I left a week after the Nazi flags were peppered around the city. They can have Florida, byeeeee.

So now I live in Massachusetts! I've actually been here for almost a year, and I really love it here.

I also...

Hola amigos,

It's been a long long time ey?

Long story short... I left Orlando, bought a cabin in the Appalachian mountains, started a business, worked security at a casino, the Rona hit, did a ton of hiking, got death threats from white supremacists, sold my cabin for a considerable profit, and moved to Atlanta!

I barely had any service in my cabin, it was...

@yesenia not surprised, I'm glad you're doing okay.Appalachian trail is sooo nice, I wasn't able to see the amazing waterfalls you show but definetly a sight to behold. I experienced a lot of racism while living in Florida, it's very sad what ignorance will make people do.😅 Atlanta is a lovely place though
yesenia:
@vithen oh yes yes!!  I also have experience in FL, 1992-2022 on and off.  Completely agree.  I was able to vote last year in Orlando for some great candidates, and then moved right after.  I left the Appalachian area of NC and moved to Atlanta actually.  I was only 2 hours north across the border.  I LOVE Atlanta.  I think it's my favorite city actually.  I lived in cabbagetown and would walk to the cemetery and krog market often ☺️🤩

What is the last "new" thing I tried?

Walking a (tiny) piece of the Appalachian Trail.

I am always craving mountains - so after resigning from my career, I booked a mountain cabin in Northern Georgia and decided to hike.

I walked part of the Appalachian Trail one day - mainly to show my friend (who is currently hiking the entire trail) that I was...

Sorry I have been M.I.A. lately. My job is crazy. I'm always on the road and when I stop, I just want to sleep or drink a lot of alcohol so I can sleep - haha.

What has everyone been up to?

@sunshine shot a "storm chaser" themed set of me that we will submit soon. It's been too long since I paraded my bewbz

My biggest hope is that Trump gets the republican nomination, then announces that his running was a giant social experiment proving the willingness of the republicans to support someone with views and tactics like Hitler's.  Then he withdraws from the race to support whoever wins for the democrats "in an effort to make America great again."  I'm trying to stay optimistic.  All the little comparisons to Hitler (including the image he posted early in his campaign using Nazi soldiers in place of U.S. soldiers) have to be on purpose to help prove his point.  He can't possibly be that stupid or evil, right?  Right?!
yesenia:
@catdad we can certainly hope ;D

Wooh, ok so! I have been in Pennsylvania for 2 weeks working. Downingtown, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, all over East and Central PA. What a great state! Saturday I walked around 25 miles exploring Philly. I hit a bar in between each historic landmark annnnd got pretty drunk... lol by myself. By myself but surrounded by ppl.

I fly back to Florida on Friday. Then a week...
