Drag the pics from your PC and drop them in the message. Works for me. I hope it will be helpful. ^^
When you have given your blog a title .. row of items appears at the bottom. Choose the attach button on the far right. Another drop down will appear with +My Computer on the top right, I normally hit the button choose file on the bottom right . old school way .
