Thank you all for the sound advice from yesterday's blog. I didn't get to talk to my top store manager because he left before I got in to work, but I got to talk to two of my store managers at the same time and they said they noticed that she had gotten better but lately has been slacking off. I'm definitely going to talk to my store manager on Monday when I see him just so he is aware. My managers also gave me the okay to page her to the front register if she's not at the register when her break time is up. I'm obviously not going to be mean and page the second the fifteen is up, but I did page at 18 minutes and then again at 20 minutes. Maybe she'll get the hint? Here is hoping. The last three days of work have felt like I've been babysitting her, not just because of her but because I've had to work extra hard since some people called in sick. I'm excited for tomorrow when all I'll be doing is unloading truck stuff.

I would talk to her about it. I, personally, like to know when I'm fucking up. She may think what she's doing is harmless, or is oblivious to the problems she's causing... or she may just be taking advantage of her status and is just a bitch. Either way, I would confront her and see if there's an underlying issue, or just tell her to shape up or ship out, but maybe that's just me.
