Monday I did max reps in 10 minutes, clean and jerk, with a 53 pound kettlebell. I managed to crank out 120 reps. Tonight I went for 100 KB snatches in 5 minutes with a 53 pound kettlebell. I managed to get to 100 in 4:47. I'm really liking training …
I’ve started using in my workouts recently to switch things up a bit, starting with Alternating Halo’s for improving shoulder mobility after injuries & adding other moves as I go. It’s something fun & different & I can go off in a corner of the gym & mind my own business!
There's nothing better than waking up and starting a full workout!
I love training at home but with the arrival of Spring I also like so much walk in the park near my home.
Workout is a sort of therapy for me, it makes me feel better, more beautiful and suuper strong
