Thanks! That's a whopping 2 of you now! tongue Can you believe I can't find the feature to make an announcement on here? That's how alienated I've been from this place. I figured an announcement's a safe(r) way to be spammy. wink How's your weekend going so far?

@medusaw Hells Yes! I usually just google it and basically they're all pretty much the same. I have a really good Kitchen Aid Mixer;part of the key is to have all the ingredients soft at room temperature and mix them well.                                                                                       Cream Cheese Frosting                                                                                                                            2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
                                                                                 1/2 cup butter, softened.
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
                                                                                                           1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar.

Yah, colds are the WORST. And I think I've got some combination of a head/chest variety. I'm doing all I can to get rid of it as fast as possible. Fluids. Rest. Vitamin C. Eating properly. Etc. It's "that time of year". Blargh. Thanks for caring, hon. Means a great deal. kiss
