Dentist, no cavities
Car inspection, no repairs needed

Saturday
Retake the GMAT, score much higher then last time
Lizzie fixes dinner for Mikevil and I, omg awesome mushroom soup
We all go see Iron Man, nerdgasms ensue

Sunday
Meet up with editor, have French toast and oatmeal stouts at 10 in the morning at Pub on Passyunk

Whew! What a weekend! The Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention has definitely improved in quality over last year which was a feat difficult to even match. The guests, presentations, and performances were all above expectation.

Thanks to all the SGs and site friends that stopped by my studio! There are too many to name you all, but you were all wonderful!

I love the rain. Not just any rain, but the torrential, wrath of god kind of rain. The fire and the sound.

I like big, dramatic rain, too. Spring and summer are better for that, I think. Fall and winter rain is too subdued (and cold!) to properly enjoy.

I've learned how to classify my friendships in terms of friendly acquaintance, friend, and close, trusted friend. I know who's there and who's not. People who betray me in a major way only get so many chances to earn my trust back. I think usually I allow 3, depending on what they do. Max has wasted too many. He has an unhealthy level of anger and violence towards me at the moment and that's just not safe.

The problem is that my recent ex used to be my best friend. We just need to not be close for now, we're both stressed out and getting on each other's nerves in the same old ways. It's too soon. Even with a couple weeks, or a month, we should be able to be friends again.
