No more fried food for me. I just half assed my workout and I feel like im going to fucking die. Time to jump back on that diet I have been slacking on. frown

That sucks! What diet are you on? I've lost 13 lbs on weight watchers so far and I only work out once a week. I feel a lot better now that I don't eat shitty friend and fast food anymore. Although sometimes I do crave it... Good luck with that!

See thats the thing, I love GSP. But I also like Matt Serra =/ and I wasn't really rooting for one over the other, I just had a feeling that Serra would win it. And at the same time, while I was feeling happy for him, I also kinda wanted to cry when Joe was talking to GSP after the fight. He's such a great guy and I felt bad for him frown

I think we stopped recording IFL for a few reasons. #1 we are leaving for Florida Wednesday and we took a lot of shows off record because we won't be here. #2 they kept playing reruns. #3 a lot of the fights have been really boring. It looks like we missed a good one then..
