Well Dave 2.0 starts now.
I am changing my diet starting Monday and gym 3 times a week (ad that to Ju Jitsu and running and I am gonna be one touch sonnovabitch)
First gym session today in god knows how long.
I am going to hurt soo good tomorow!
I am treating myself to a big ass pizza though, gotta enjoy my treat days right?
Maybe I should do a monthly progress report with pictures?
