So, I am super stoked about my new fitness regime and can't wait to begin it in the next week or so. Got all the right health supplements in line as well as the needed equipment. It took me a while to formulate the perfect plan for my body type and my goals but now that's it's all ready, I'm uber motivated to get back into shape after my baby. I kept up my previous exercise plan while pregnant so I didn't gain any weight, just lost muscle tone in the abdominal area mostly. I've got some pretty awesome ideas for photo sets that I want to get underway so getting sexified is a must. It also will keep me busy and active during the winter (it's already -25 Celsius where I live) which will only do me some good. RIPPED ABS AND TIGHT BUM HERE I COME!
