I have a motherfuckin chest cold....argh...this sucks. Let me tell you something...having my son is the most important thing to me. But, it sucks that he has to bring me a new illness every month.
djinn:
It makes me happy too biggrin

Colds suck, think I've got one coming on frown .....how old is your son?
djinn:
Old Boy, well It definately didn't dissapoint, not sure why I put off watching it for so long, I don't think the trailer I saw really sold it to me.

The twists really shocked me, it was sold as a revenge movie and he never really gets that & they managed to create a happy ending out of it..well kind of. frown

Kiss the big ugly shark
djinn:
The Cardiacs??? are you insane? I watched them supporting the Wildhearts and I can't say I apreciated that noise they were making. I guess its a matter of taste..but um..no wink

I sounds like you made the right call on the birth mother situation. It does seem unfair for her to reapear and criticise you. Ah families can be so dificult!

Old Boy does look good, must get round to watching it.
djinn:
I didn't know that but Ginger said the wildhearts borrowed heavily from their style so it makes sense.

Hey you're back, you disapeared there for a whle wink

I deep sigh of relief.....my son said that he pooped a rocket ship. Reality....it was a poop with a tapered end......he is three. When he flushed...."blast off" was the quote.
Could I be prouder? Not during this life. Sorry if this was graphic.
niki1:
Hey thanks for the compliment!

ur son sounds adorable!

I hate gaving a chest cold. It is shite. I head co;d I would be o.k. with. Not to annoyed with. But, no. Today it will be in the chest.
I do like hot rice with ice cream and a bit of sugar.

thank you for the comment smile I'm so sorry for your girlfriend. frown

I've been going through this for just about three months, and i can't imagine going through it for another three. How she isn't insane is beyond me. I don't know what her situation is, but she should check out a book called "Heal your headache" by Buchholz. It has helped me take control again, well periodically it seems like. Author worked at John Hopkins for twenty years working with incurable migraine sufferers. maybe it will help! kiss

Sometimes I think it's even harder for those who are witnessing it. I know my boyfriend has been going through hell, just like you.. He has a 6 year old that he's actually out playing baseball with right now. It's hard because I've been with this kid since he was 2 and he doesn't understand why i'm sleeping and in pain so often.

It's definitely nice to have a woman's opinion, since so many doctors make sufferers feel guilty because they can't cure them. Doctors start to feel like failures and naturally blame the patient. Let me know what book she is reading, i'd be curious to take a look too.

Thanks again. smile

I am tired. Gotta get some beauty rest soon.
kelland:
Drink hot tea. Take melatonin. That is what I do. And look at me: SHEER BEAUTY, I SAY!

Haha.
