That always is a bitch having to rely on other people. You can't feel too bad about it though, just let it be, you'll drive yourself insane if you don't just accept the help.

Its a nice day, I have been awake since 7.30m and whilst my back is painful the radox shower has helped. I've been for a walk to get a paper and am now lookng forward to meeting someone a little later on for a coffee too.
