i need to walk my dog more often. i find that cutting out bread helps you lose weight drastically. there is a type of bread that Wonder makes, it's called Smart Wheat/Smart White. it only has 7 carbs per slice compared to 20 per average slice of other breads. i make a lot of sandwiches and it helps. little things like that can help and not make you feel like you are on a diet. they make sugar free oreos too!!!! the only reason i know any of this isnt because i'm trying to lose weight. my bf is diabetic and low carbs or sugar free is what he has to eat.
Well my ex wants to get back together. She says she has been seeing a shrink and thinks the reason broke up with me is she is afraid of getting married for some reason. I do not want to get hurt again but at the same time I still have the same feelings I have always had of her.
