just got back from cali last night ....dealing with the jet lag ....

what a great place .... went to santa monica ....hollywood ....santa barbara .... i absolutely love it out there ....the weather was great the places i visited where great .... its somewhere i wouldnt mind moving to .... the land scape was amazing .... beats this damn place called maryland anyday ....

sorry i havent been around much i have been living in the garage trying despritly to get my volkswagon on the road and it has finally gotten there ... drove it around a bit on monday evening ..... still have some fine tuning to do but its on the road and driveable .... im very excited about that .....

well lets see ..... the bug is becoming more and more a dissaster .... sometimes i wonder if it will ever run again ....ive had the motor in and out 5 times in the last 2 weeks .... and the last time it went in we find out the tranny is bad so the motor comes back out yet again .... grrrrrr

been working non stop on my bug .... its so close to being finished im going crazy .... we attempted to start it today but it didnt start .... we think the distributor is in wrong so back to the garage tomarrow to hopefully fix it ....i cant wait to have a volkswagon back on the road ... and the oldest one in my area...
