So...recently I came across a comment on a set on here where the commenter was implying that a model has done something wrong by not showing more of herself. He did it in a way that implied that she wasn't proud enough of herself. What utter bullshit! How manipulative! This is the kind of bullshit that makes things like the #METOO movement necessary. Pressure and manipulation for anyone (usually women) to provide more sexually than they are comfortable with. That garbage IS harassment. Trying to sugarcoat it with supposedly supportive language is like trying to polish a turd.
This place needs to support the choices of the models on here. They are brave and beautiful. They make choices that fly in the face of society's norms all the time. Their ink, their hair, their fashion. They don't need people... ANYONE... telling them to do things differently or to be different. People need to stop pressuring and manipulating in this world! If you don't like the way others live their personal lives, if it doesn't affect you... seriously... take a look in the mirror. Work on that issue not on the perceived issues of others.
This also extends to commenters criticising models. A model mentioned she got a mean comment once. Holy shit, dudes. They put themselves out there, display their beauty in a way that makes them extra vulnerable and they get criticism? It's not often, I don't think... at all... but still, what in the actual fuck are some guys thinking?
Thank God for the models on here. They show their beauty AND are a part of the community here mixing it up and chatting. They are the reason this place exists. Have their backs and support them.
