When I was hired on, they promised me full-time shifts. (40 - 50 hours a week)
I started off around 30 hours a week, which was fine because I was working another job.
Then they cut me down to about 20 hours a week.
And now I get 10 - 16 hours a week, if I'm lucky.

I don't understand.
I work myself half to death. I work when I'm sick. I work when I haven't slept. I work when the kids are over.

And I'm an awesome employee.
I go out of my way to make customers and managers happy.
I work fast and I work hard.

Yet people who are lazy and rude get full-time hours.
