Well it's been a long time since I've posted here, but there has been so much happening. Health wise, I've been on a journey of self discovery (still ongoing). I've been juicing vegetables daily, and within 5 days, I swear I felt like a new person. The detox was intense, my mind felt clear. The anxiety and panic disappeared, I was going out every day.

This disorder could potentially be a clear diagnosis for me explaining so many things that have been going on. I'm organising further tests to confirm, but this could be a game changer. Wish me luck. Xxx

I was very nervous about it as the last few days I have been feeling pretty awful physically and emotionally all over the place. I am actually looking forward to my next session, I really want to start working through all these feelings so I can feel better. I hope counselling goes great for you if that is what you choose, it is a wonderful guilt free way to vent and feel some pretty intense stuff. :)
