Last night I was at a SG meet up and got to meet a whole bunch of awesome people. Thanks to all that came out for making me feel welcome and being awesome. I had tons of fun and hope to do it again soon. biggrin

So I drove to Olcott, NY to compete in some highland games on sunday. Despite the rain, it was awesome.

I was pretty much the only person without a kilt but was offered one by two people to wear if I wanted to. The people there were awesome and even though I had never done half the events before, it was so much fun.

yeah I know what you mean about the money. If we can find four people its 666 per person but we would have to load these four people into one cabin. And you can pay 25% four times which makes it not too bad. I dont know if my boyfriend is going to go though. He has no job right and I can't pay for his ticket. Since Saturday is supposed to be a really good day, I'm going hiking down in the Niagara area in the afternoon at Rochway Falls Side Trail. Gonna test out my new camera. biggrin All are welcome to join... uuummm if able, I guess.
