Added another plugin to SGChecker, this one adds a "Download Video" link to any page with a video in it.

The plugins can be pretty easily ported to firefox, but the badge with comment counts and what not would be harder ( meaning I am not sure how

New version of SGChecker!

Changes:

Plugins can now be enabled or disabled

New plugin for feed management.

** Forgot to mention in this earlier - but plugin preferences are synced across chrome instances.

The feed plugin lets you do awesome things like bulk remove, expand all, expand all spoilers and load all.
