All my foodies would be so proud. I've got a solid cookbook and food based library going. Today's additions include French Laundry cookbook, On food and cooking (breaking down cooking and food into the molecular level), In the sweet kitchen baking companion (the everything about everything baking book) and the encyclopedia of country living (which has lots of great and simple techniques for just about everything you could think of from gardening, canning and preserving to milling flour, raising livestock, sharpening knives, home remedies, even beekeeping! plus great simple recipes for everything from breads to sauces using common items and simple ingredients. some of which is useful for apartment living i'm sure! lol)
I'm super pumped to dig into them but i've got two big papers to write and I need some sleep!
