swimming twice a week, and bicycle the other 3 days (resting on the weekends) i've done 2 weeks now, and i've lost 9 lbs. I'm going to buy a mini-frig this weekend to keep my pesky housemates from stealing my food, and next week i'm going to start the shredder diet. I want to feel sexy and desirable, and i'm on my way there! :-D
