gave up smoking yesterday - worked today - smoking ensues after work.. I should just accept the fact that Im a fucking smoker but my athsma is a constant reminder to quit. oh well at least I wont get old

my vacation was denied so il probably have to quit to go on the 2 week cross country roadtrip to NY. we'll see what happens...
