I'm so furious. My dog refuses to go outside. Shes terrified out there. She goes out with her tail between her legs and stands by the door. I think one of my neighbors messed with her. I don't want to have to go through re training her to go outside.

You need to learn to be able to shut it off, stop taking it so to heart as they say. Sad as it is, you need to develop an ability most of the peeps you put away already have, emotional off switch. Not just for abit, but honestly be able to just chuck it up to foul ppl and move on without it weighing on you. If you cant? well it will slowly and constantly pile up on you. Eventually consuming you and destroying everything in your life.
