I used to be a rep and do demos at Best Buy. We'd always talk and eventually the talk came around to veganism. I don't believe Mike was vegetarian at that time, but not too long after that he was.

my birthday was amazing. mike got me an original last starfighter poster that was actually in a theater in 1984 and everything that the promise ring has every put out on vinyl including the texas is the reason split AND watertown plank AND falsetto keeps time.

i almost cried, it was so thoughtful and so fucking amazing. i have the best boyfriend ever.
