Had gastric-bypass on the 16th, started my pre-op diet on the 2nd. Have lost 32lbs this month so far.

I'm feeling good, went back to the gym today for the first time. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, very relaxed and slow. It was boring, but good.

Bad day.

Took me 5 days to finally search what the hell that thing's called. Turns out it's "view-master". That still doesn't sound right, but I have to accept it.
