well, New Orleans still needs a lot of attention. it was good to return there and see some homes we gutted last year fixed and occupied this year. i worked and lived in the central neighborhood in Jefferson Parish this trip. i came across this house very near where we were working. i can only say that i admire the optimism of the owner. there...

I've always been weirdly nervous going over/under bridges. Guess the weird doesn't apply anymore, though. surreal

Loons are SO awesome. biggrin
i do not doubt orchestrations by the Govt.; they've lied for over 200 yrs...why would they stop? frown

But, luckily, one of the few things I do know about is not getting food poisoning--my dad is a microbiologist, so he taught me about making sure things are cooked properly and which foods you need to wash your hands after handling, stuff like that.

i might win an award for the fewest blogs on a regular basis. things are good here in MN, except for the middle cat who has taken up tearing paper into small strips. it actually might obviate the need for the electrical shredder. he is not big on glossy paper though. honest, i know he is not hungry and i entertain him endlessly; it is...
