So my first full week at work was awesome but exhausting! I've never worked in a job where I've been on my feet all day never mind throwing in some exercise too! I haven't slept this good in quite some time hehe! I've started a new workout at the gym too which is killer but I'm hoping will help me get towards the physique I'm...

Erm, no major "tips" persay, but I usually use this recipie for the red pepper humus:

1 can of chick peas (drained)
2 red peppers (roasted)
2-4 tablespoons of lemon juice (to your taste)
1 1/2 tablespoons of tahini
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 chilies (if you like a small kick, or leave em out if you don't smile )

throw em all in a blender and blitz!

If you want to make a plain one, just use some of the liquid from the can (you don't need it when using peppers as they add liquid when roasted) of chickpeas (about 1/4 of the tin and then add more if it's too thick).

You can freeze the stuff, and once you're using it, if it's a tad dry, just pop a little oil in there and mix it in xx

Wrestling politics makes me so angry sometimes! Argh! Its absolutely ridiculous.

Aside from that life is good and I'm a happy little bunny smile Half way through my course now and working hard! Training is going really well in the gym and the ring and things are progressing slowly but surely.

I've been all cultured and been to see the London Symphony Orchestra twice this month....

So this weekend I had the privilege of being able to share in the awesomeness that was the wedding of Sky and JohnStitch in a beautiful setting in the middle of nowhere in Scotland. I don't really believe in marriage I think but seeing them makes me think that maybe someday there will be someone out there that makes me feel like that. Maybe.

So...

Therapy? rule I can still remember stealing my brothers cassettes of "Pleasure Death" & "Babyteeth" back in the day and loving them ever since, if you haven't sung along to "Potatoe Junkie" at 3 in the morning whilst rather intoxicated then you haven't lived.

I used to be a great blogger but now I feel like a fail blogger!

November has been super duper so far and good thins lined up for the last few days too!

In summary....

Whereas the TV show is a straight forward drama the book is much more of a narrative with Evan Wright describing the events, emotions etc... It's like Band of Brothers in a way. The TV show is good, but the book is even better as it has more detail to it.

I can lend/give you my copy if you can hang on until Dec 18th as I'll never read it again.
