ABC news reported that Vioxx is no more effective than Ibuprofen in reducing pain. Vioxx is currently used in people with chronic pain such as Rheumatoid Arthritis.

The way that the drug works is by blocking only the cox 2...

In all the business this week, I forgot to post some most interesting news.

A while ago, I worked for a Hospital on the North end of OKC.

Well, this week, I get a call from one of the Nurses I worked with telling me that Macaulay Culkin was arrested not too far from the hospital.

What was really funny was the way I was...

What is wrong with the frozen food industry today? They got rid of the little chicken nuggets meal with the sauce and the brownie... this is so depressing!!
enigma_entity:
It is an industry. That is what's wrong. Obviously, they weren't making enough money so the desires of little ol' ratchet are thrown out the window. What a bunch of assholes. Until next time...

I am soooooooooo tired. Didn't sleep at all last night But that's OK because it's friday and Brina is off work tonight!!

Everytime I go out I hear "faithfully" makes me miss my friend Chad. Why did he have to Move to MD. So unfair. He was the most awesome person to hang out with (aside from Brina). We would grab random girls' asses, and...

Yeah, this town sucks. On the plus side, it is about to get a hell of a lot cooler. How does an informal SG meeting sound. Right here in Colorado Springs. It is 10:30 am tomorrow at Pikes Perk. Can you make it? That would be cool. It should be no less than about 6 of us and we would love for you to be there...Until next time...

Job Fair in Denver today, interesting how the recruiters for nurses aren't around anymore. Damn ADN's taking my BSN jobs away
knight42:
Hey Ratchet,

How'd the job fair go? There is one coming up that I would love to attend but it would be a 4000+ mile commute to get there and I don't think it's feasible. I think it's only for folks with active Department of Defense clearances though. My sister works as a nurse over at Memorial Hospital, you want me to check with her?

Ciao,

I am a total smart ass.

At the Chapel Hills Mall Joe and I see this advertisement for the Pet expo with a contest for looking like your pet.

Joe: I should take my snake

Me: Yeah you should, considering you are one.

Reaction: bites me on the arm, hard, and leaves a nasty mark which is still there by the way.

BEST DAY EVER

I went over to Joann fabrics today to start looking at Halloween costume stuff (favorite day of the year) and they are having this huge moving sale. I bought almost everything I needed for under 40 bucks and most of this costume is in velvet... this kicks major ass!
enigma_entity:
Awesome. Now you just need to put it together. By the way, in the process of setting up a meeting between all of the Colorado Springs SG people. What times work for you? Are you interested? We are throwing around thursday or saturday at a coffe shop on the north end of town. Would you let me know please? I would like to have some finalized times and locations by Thursday. Until next time...

Did I hear wrong or did Bush use the word "nonsensical" today with the intended meaning of "doesn't make any sense"?

Because, wow, I didn't know anyone could sound so unintelligent.

Oh and by the way, everyone knew that Prozac increased suicidal ideations.... I have that in my drug book from 2002.. good job ABC for breaking that news two years later
enigma_entity:
Did Bush get elected for his intelligence or good grammar? NO! He got elected because he got more votes...oh wait, no he didn't...WHY THE HELL IS THAT GUY IN THE WHITE HOUSE? And anti-depressants have always been dangerous. I used to know quite a few people who are no longer with us due to antidepressants and alcohol. Granted they drank the alcohol but I bet that the pharmaceutical companies didn't bother with a warning...Also I almost died when I had an allergic reaction to Zoloft. In and out of comas for a week. Well Until next time...
