I own a construction company with my dad and take care of the financial end. Most guys think I'm the secretary or something - pretty funny. Hard industry to be in being a woman (and a lil one at that).

Wow props to you for doing that. I've worked with a few construction companies for Financials and it is a whole different beast. Props to you for breaking that stereotype and showing them your skills! :) like I said I'm happy to meet a fellow stereotype breaker! Lol.
