Awesome! No thanks on the JuJitsu. I didn't even enjoy sparring in my style. I was more comfortable with breaking, forms and weapons. If I could have done just that I would have been happiest but that whole "well-rounded" thing was a big part of our training.

They seem to be a very common modern ailment. Mine are becoming more frequent too. I find these days that if I can control my thoughts I can avoid them, it's when I let my mind run amok that I get into trouble.
