Dear Father Time:

I understand that it's too late to ask for something for Christmas, so I figure that I'll ask for something in the new year.

All I want for this next new year is a girl from SGUK.

Thanks a million,

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas & Hannukah, or for you athiests out there, have a nice day. wink

Okay, off to work. More updates later, once I find out about my job...

I just witnessed the worst single car accident I think I've ever seen.

I'm writing all of this down while it's fresh, just in case the police need any more details from me tomorrow.

I was driving home after dropping Cat off, heading south on highway 99. I had just left the "viaduct" part of the highway and just hit the rain after coming out...

I've got a big truck like that that I use for hauling shit around from time to time. It's a little older and doesn't have many safety features besides a seatbelt. I'm always very cautious because I'm terrified that I'm going to fall victim to the same kind of accident you saw last night. Those trucks are so high off the ground that the minute they start to shift momentum in the wrong direction you've got a serious problem.

I've been in quite a few accidents myself. I'm always amazed at how much time slows down during those few seconds of a crash. I've been in so many accidents that I'm usually pretty calm. I drive race cars and wrecking is racing. I guess I've learned how to calm the nerves and avoid panic. I definately think it's saved my life a few times.

Glad to know that no one was seriously injured.

How are you doing?

Enjoy the holidays.

What's the best place to get body piercing jewlery?

I'm ready to finally get my ear pierced. 10g ring, left ear.

But, what type, and what size? 1/2 inch or 5/8? Captive Bead or plain old ring?

fallfromgrace:
Captive beads are good if you are never taking them out. if you take them out a lot, go with something else, because those beads are annoying to remove.
luminaire:
Do what Stan says. JJ has peirced all of our friends, and he's probably one of the nicest guys I know.

They have really nice jewelry at Apocolypse too; and if they don't have it, JJ can order it for you.

Some days you're on top of the freaking world.

Some days you're wondering how you're going to make ends meet.

Some days you wonder why you even bother.

Some days you just don't want to get up out of bed.

Which will today be?

I'm floating in between. Usually I like in betweens, like sitting on the middle step of a staircase.

It's a long way to the top if you want to rock & roll.

Today has been very nice. Jeff is back at work, so the pressure is off, and the staff had nothing but good to say about my performance while I was filling in for him.

He also really liked the work I produced in his absence, so that rocks.

Also, new Twwly...

I'm fucking tired, and I'm not the happiest guy either...

I wasn't supposed to be at the theater until 2:30, but I was...

*sigh*

And I get to do it all over again tomorrow. If I miss Greg's birthday party, I'll be pissed.
