Yesterday we had dessert tastings to expand what we offer. Chef Mike asked me to make a Blondie, chocolate brownie, mixed berry crumble, and bourbon pecan pie. All went well and the VP of ops loved them. Next step is to make them again for the ownership group. Here were the final plates and presentations
