I am obviously not a faithful blogger, lol. I have had a busy few weeks since my last post. I think about everyone who was touched by the work DRE did and I hope that one day people can think of me in similar fashion, though we hardly share the same occupation. As a poet, author, minister, and mother, I hope that others will recognize what I do as contributing to the world as we know it. I have an unusual ministry, I have had an unusual life. I am one of the most liberal and open-minded ministers you will ever find. I had an amazing and wonderful teacher in that respect. Actually, I truly have had two of those.
I believe that the best method toward peaceful co-existence is at a human level, a level that involves acts of random kindness, smiling at those I meet, and saying hello. You'd be amazed what it does to others if you just extend a friendly hand and say, "Hello, my name is ____. I hope you're having a wonderful day," and then smile. I love to meet people and today I met a bunch. It was open house at the schools today, and I had to go to three schools! We visited the high school first, then the middle school and finally the elementary school, and man, my feet were dead when we were done. It doesn't help the weather being a pain with the rain like cats and dogs outside and because of that the pollen and mold counts are through the ceiling. UGH! I enjoy so much spreading happiness and peace wherever I can, in whatever method available. I do so enjoy the wonderful people here who are so very friendly, even if they have their arguments about certain subjects. Who in this world doesn't have arguments about something? I have my own, but we won't get into venting here.
Hope the world you share is blessed to have you in it.
