On Monday, we packed up our computers at work, since we had been given new ones by a donor. In all other cases, when we had gone to new computers, or an office had closed, the computers were given to charity. At Chase, one of the managers visiting to shut down the office had to chase us down as we wheeled our computers down on our chairs, which we also believed should be ours to keep.
This time, we did get to keep our Macs for work use at home. About this time, my computer crapped out. No problem, now I had a Mac. On Tuesday, there was a note on Mag's Rag, our in house newspaper, informing us that the computers were only for work, not social media or Suicide Girls. How did she know? Vi and Kristina know I am a member, they might have told Maggie.
Yesterday, I went grocery shopping and computer shopping. I bought supplies for burgers, chicken fried steak, chicken parmigiana, and meatloaf. Wendy and Claire walked through the winter wonderland to our house, happy to have food to eat. And we have beer. And cigars, though it is way to cold to smoke one tonight. And a Lenovo G50, with an AMD processor. I told the guy at Best Buy I just needed something to get on the net with, and this was only $150.
Aisha just got home, and is tucking into the burger bar I set up. She took Courtney to work, Courtney also walked home. Aisha, of course, had to drive from super secret spy headquarters. I was told to stay home yesterday, and Megan stayed home as well. Megan gave me one of her magic hand jobs, which have become far more frequent.
The place is cold, but Courtney keeps it that way. Tonight, the sauna and the hot tub will be warm.
