I've never taken the opportunity to start a blog on the SG site though I've been a member for years. I'm not especially good at maintaining blogs either. Putting my thoughts and feelings down in to words can often feel a chore and sometimes worthless in the "would anyone really care" sense.
Anyway, here's a blog post since I decided today that I felt like posting one.
I don't consider myself an attractive man. I'm short (5'4), a little out of shape and look alot younger than I am that its sometimes difficult to be taken seriously or it just feels that way. I try to get by on humour when possible. So, when it is often remarked that I look like actor Rick Moranis, I can take it as complimentary (he's a funny guy when he wants to be) or depressing (he hardly features in lists of guys that get girls attentions).
Still, with that comparison in mind, it filled me with much humour when I was in a store yesterday and in looking in the gardening section I found Venus Fly Traps on sale. Immediately tickled at the site, I couldn't resist buying some.
So, I present to you the Audreys!
Anyone familiar with Rick Moranis will get the joke!
