@nymphaurea Of course pictures can be deceiving, but you look good and as long as you’re happy and healthy that’s all that matters! Just working out is great in itself. Stay in your comfort zone and don’t overdo it. Stretching is so important in everyday life, especially when being active. So doing the right stretches is vital! It’s all about “tone”, so the weight doesn’t ever matter as long as you’re getting the positive results “you” are happy with😁 Keep up the good work😍
