ok I really honestly don't know what I did but I fucked up my shoulder just by sleeping, I woke up Saturday barely able to move my arm, the slightest movement of my shoulder hurt, Sunday morning it was better...then Sunday night I woke up in the middle of the night having slept on that arm, my shoulder curled under me...

so far this year I have managed to cut down on my soda..not a great amount but some..and I'm branching out in my interests..and found a new one. And want to chat with people more lol IM, chat room whatever...granted I don't actually have an im installed...
