Band Update 4
So we've had our first drop out. Our keyboard player. Not her fault, bad family problems, but I'm glad the rest of us have decided to stay together and keep playing.
Now we just have to replace our keyboard player, maybe with a bass player.
Very exciting stuff I know..

PLayed for the first time with my new band (at this time we are unnamed). It was freaking fun as hell. Starting with covers just to get ourselves straight. Did some Stones and Jayhawks and Kiss and House of Pain.
We recorded our rehearsal and it sounds pretty decent, especially for our first time.

Finally got my band together. 4 piece, Singer, Guitar, Keyboards and Drums. Going to start doing covers and work in original stuff before too long.

I'm very excited but also feeling very stressed, it's hard to be in a profession where, even if you excell in your craft it doesn't matter. It's all about getting the right opportunity.
I heard someone say that Luck is the meeting of opportunity and being ready for that opportunity. I feel like I'm ready for it now. Now I'm just working my ass off so that it will "just come along."
