You must stay true to yourself. The minute you start changing yourself to make someone else feel good about themselves, you start losing yourself. If he loves you he will support you, even though he might not fully like it. Don't give in.

OK.... first off, ask yourself WHY you want so many modifications. Because it sounds like you want an awful lot of them.... That is a sing of something deeper than just "decorating" your body.

Secondly: take a good look at everything you want. something that is beautiful by it's self can become truly hideous in combination with something else (even if that something may be beautiful in it's own right). Overkill can become a big problem, especially in body mods.

Lastly just ask your BF why he feels you would be less beautiful with the mods. you may find his answer helpful. body mods can be cool... they can look awesome... but you should never think they are an improvement of your body. just an addition. and for the record, you look pretty fucking hot as you are

read your previous journal...i definitely relate. i get that way every winter. it sucks. and being alone 90% of the time, while mostly of my choosing can be tedious at times. i dont know if im so much bored as i feel like if i disappeared, nobody would remember me.
