I loved your Greyhound story. But I mean, come on, what did you expect when you bought a ticket for $75 at a hardware store? Or a Dairy Queen, depending on how hot it is (or how cold it is, since we're already entering some absurd realm)? Look, if you ever need help paying for more convenient (albeit only slightly less terrifying when it comes to fellow passengers) transportation, let me know. I'll buy you a plane ticket, no problem.

Well, one problem: it probably won't be for your intended destination. Inadvertently flying to South Carolina is probably just as bad as riding a Greyhound bus. wink

I hope you're feeling better, hon, and not still stuck juggling hives and bronchitis. And the hives don't look that bad, but still. kiss
grayness:
They would do the same for me.
And, as I have been known to say, "No choice makes an excellent motivator." wink

Enough of that.

20 18 days!

Why are the commercial breaks on Conan so damn long? Ridiculous.

Also, I may have bronchitis again, we'll see. Lord, I hope not. and am on the road to recovery. Cough syrup with codeine is my only solace.

No problem. And I hope you feel better soon.

I'm normally not the one to do this, so I apologize.

But I really fucking hate my life right now. Seriously. Everything is more than I can handle, and it just keeps getting worse.

Thank you everyone for the kind words on my last blog, I'll get back to you all. I promise.

Just keep pushing through the hard times. That's what I do. That, and I break some faces.
greaser:
Everyone feels that way de temps en temps. Try to bear in mind it's only temporary.

SO beautiful. Birthday weekend sounds like something to look forward to and as you know, your companion, is one of the people I adore around here so thumbs up on having a great time.
greaser:
I'm glad to see you're still quite photogenic love

I should have gotten myself a birthday present! I'll have to remember to do that next year.

Little girls who love frogs, and rain, and Little Women, all at the same time are an odd sort of little girl. They stay up late, and love to watch I love Lucy and China Beach with their mothers. They hate going to Grandma's house, because Grandma's house is boring, but they love Grandma's backyard. Grandma's backyard filled with hidden paths and hidden corners...

It is always that hour long block of time before I have to be at work working that really gets to me.

I could get ready now, sure . . . . but then I'd just be waiting until I had to leave. I don't want to start anything, because I'll have to stop before I leave. I don't have time to cook anything good...

Work has been crazy busy. It makes me happy I'm commissioned, but still incredibly tired. We had a celebrity makeup artist in on Thursday, and had made a shit ton of appointments for our clients to see him.

I ended the day with the highest, second highest, and third highest sales of the day. One woman bought...

Also, good job at work.

Well, this was my first time! I went with a buddy in my lab here who's very into fishing of all sort - I did it a lot as a kid but have lost track of my small tacklebox, don't own a rod yet, etc. I was like "trout? I've never used a fly rod." We used bobbers and worms... and it worked great. I couldn't believe it. We each caught 3 or 4 over the course of a few hours, not exactly going crazy but certainly enough to make it fun. The stream we were on wouldn't have allowed flies anyway, which also meant it doesn't get too much fishin' pressure.

Fun, I didn't know you fished!

I finally went to the store and now there is food in my house. I was too hungry this morning to do anything more creative than cereal though!

I just watched someone interviewed on the travel channel who had introduced himself and shared a cigarette with me outside of Supper Club in San Francisco. Pretty awesome to watch him talk about his establishment on national TV. Thank you for introducing me to your co-owner, writing down my name and welcoming me back any time I'm in town. I really like how you didn't...
