I couldnt post this in the bugs thread for some reason but if you look at it is says "related searches by framed display" you probably installed an add on unintentionally installing/signing up for something else. If you go to tools->extensions it should be listed there and you can delete it.

Thanks, I was able to find it after a lot of poking around. I just found it odd that the SG site was the only one it showed up on.
