Can I just say... LOVE Buffy and meeting Malloreigh and drinking cocktails with Kye and it was lots of fun!!! smile

Hope you are having a whale of a time. Honestly, what does that even MEAN?

I am wearing ridiculously gorgeous green shoes with a red and white spotted rock n roll dress tonight to a Christmas party and it will be AWESOME.

But I'm not in Florence, so you win by miles. Tell me things!!! kiss
kye:
I realise I'm still lacking on this proper reply thing.

But I'm all sorts of glad that we are friends elsewhere now too. 'Cause I can access other places from work. Employers don't like boobies so much. And if they do, they don't like to let other people enjoy them whilst getting paid.
*pouts*
So, I'm working at the real estate tomorrow. Expect an electronic communication containing many words should my day be slow. Hmm, I start work soon. Eeep!

*hugs and hearts*

Florence! I'm green!
Actually, jealousy isn't a good look on me and it's been worn far too often of late. I'm going to throw it out. As much as I love green, this shade is icky and makes my complexion look chalky and horrid.

Right now, I'm thinking of the little girl from the Art Gallery. Wasn't she just the sweetest?!

Oh yeah, and I met Malloreigh. Who, is as cute as a button. Her pictures don't lie. She also makes good vegan food stuffs, to which I added sour-cream. Being not-vegan and all....

I fear I'm not as in love with change as I used to be. This would be a sad loss.

Life is full of uncertainties at the moment; I'm waiting on other people's decisions before I can make my own, I'm having trouble seeing straight, I'm feeling things too much or not enough, I've lost touch with the appropriate way to behave in certain situations....

Now I have Sim City classic on my computer. I blame you.

It's ok, though. it's comparable to being blamed for the extant nature of puppies.
badrobot:
I tend to amble about and see what happens. Worked out ok (more or less) so far...

The parade went brilliantly and I'm now adjusting to life without a ridiculous pile of things to do. It seems to be working out well, I like it.

There are photos over at my flickr page. I have yet to upload the catwalk shots so for now all I can offer you is photos of me with a bunch of models and my sister...

It's not Hamlet, and Della is Married to Jim, sorry wink
delacroix:
I'm sorry. I can make you something pretty sometime in the future!

I went to my first wedding yesterday and, being the ever ironically traditional girl that I am, I slept with my piece of wedding cake under(ish) my pillow last night.

You'll never guess who I'm going to marry.

Thank you. Yes, lame.
kye:
Miss,
Good luck for this final week. Things will go swimmingly (no doubt), and champagne (or cheap imitation bubbling wine) will fall from the heavens and things will be good.

I'm so glad to hear someone wanted a kitten with a red bow. That made me all kinds of smiles and happy.

Also, name. Ms. K.A.S won out. It was a hard decision, but I'm perfectly happy with it.
It feels all kinds of comfortable and shiny.

So, how is life in Ellie-World? Frantic, I would assume... but, please confirm or deny this thought.

No direction yet, which makes me sad... really it's just about a path and some talking flowers and rather scary knobbly fairies and a path. That's all I have for now... not really a story, is it?

Tafe is back in session with but six weeks until the grande finale. Somewhat relatedly, I will not be having any fun for the next six weeks and really will not be round these parts. If you should want me I'll be in the corner, fingers covered in pin-pricks, rocking quietly.

Or you could try my email-thecitycantstop@hotmail.com.

Eeep.

My musical knowledge scared you?

How so?

I hope your fingers are surviving the countdown and that you haven't resorted to rocking in the corner just yet.

Ok, so I have an important question to ask you all.

Is 40 quid a ridiculous amount to pay for a ticket to the sold out Bloc Party show while I'm in the UK?

C'mon people, I need some enabling here.

Blatant self-promotion.

I talked to my travel agent today. Now, not only am I going to be in London, Berlin, Stockholm, New York, San Francisco and Tokyo at some point between December and February (*cough* should anyone in the area want to catch up), I will also be coming home via Sydney. Just thought I'd let you Sydney crew know in advance. I'm expecting...
