Personal trainer kicked my ass, though its time to get my ass in shape. Put on too much weight since I moved to NYC because you can have so much tasty but crap food delivered to your door in 15 minutes.

crazy day today. couple of friends invited and forced me to go a nude beach with them today. Didnt even realize there was one so close to nyc

Anyway, it was a really great day, place was a lot more laid back and a much different crowd than I expected. The place is great, tons of nice people
