So you may have read that I have been struggling with an injury and as a consequence, could not do any exercise whatsoever. What an absolute pain that was, not only physical but mental as well.

Well I am pleased to say that after a month of resting and light work, today I managed to get back on to the wagon so to speak. I...

It comes to something when you have fairly decent working relationship with a company, you collaborate and try your best to keep them happy. You even give opportunities for work, sales and business but it’s quite disheartening when you get kicked back.

I understand it happens but it sort of sours the relationship and makes you wonder if it is really worth it.

I must...

So as you will read from my previous blogs, I hurt my left leg about two weeks ago running. I’m not 100% sure what I did to it other than it was not a bone broken, so probably ligaments or something like that.

I have had to hobble and rest it for what feels like an age now that it’s been increasing frustrating not being...

So as a means of an update - I will not lie, I was nervous and worried that I would hurt myself again, but I didn't and I managed to do a pace that I left previously. The breathing was not as easy but that's two weeks break for you I guess. Onwards and upwards as they say - having the weekend off to see how the knee does and maybe back to the same distance next week. Small steps - well one after the other and quickly......

So I have posted on one of the groups to see what interest there might be in me editing some images for people on here.

Well, as a matter of an update, you will be pleased to read that after a couple of days of resting, the injury has started to rescind and the pain has subsided. The feeling of being an absolute fool hasn't but at least the leg and knee are recovering.

I guess my real concern now is the matter of turning these slow and steady walks...

I’m gutted. I’m never happy with my level of fitness and always strive to be better than I was yesterday and the day before. Whilst the body will age no matter, the aim is always there, so I am feeling the pain today because I probably pushed myself too far.

I’m sort of feeling very sorry for myself, which is ridiculous when this is all...

@edmea rest is my only option but thanks. I pushed myself too far. But enjoying SGs is a good medicine.

Now THAT is a loaded question.

I have to assume I would really only have the 24 hours and that any travel and the likes would be included, so I would not waste a moment on this.

My first idea was to just simply muck around with people's minds. Go to a shop and start moving stuff around. Let them see things float in mid...

As I sit here in the most boring, long winded and drawn out of meetings, I’m at the risk of needing some inspiration. The question is what?

Earlier today, like most people I am sure, I woke up horny as anything. There was only one solution and as time was against me, it just had to be done quickly. However, with the sun shining it’s...

Today is a good day. The sun is finally shining, which for the UK is a rare thing indeed, and there is a freshness in the air that just begs me to go out for a run, so I will.

Yes I will get hot and sweaty, which in some circumstances is a delight, but I know it will be pain as I get so...
