Had good success with the Gluten Free pizza shells cooking them low and slow on a pellet grill; 250°F for about 40 min.

@ferkixlll we sell a gluten-free crust at my work. It’s actually pretty good unlike most gluten-free products that I’ve tried. Is it crispy without using a stone?
