Shawn is home. I actually feel up to training 6 days a week again. I have only trained between 2 or 3 days each week for the past 3 weeks. I'm way overdue. I have gained back some weight as I had desired. This is difficult. Its so hard to gain muscle weight and workout so much that you burn everything else off. High protein diet is a must for this!!
My training routine for this week is as follows
Monday - 2 Mile bike ride to the Studio. Training, Bike ride to the gym and heavy weight sets for upperbody(Chest, arms, shoulders, abs). Bike back home.
Tuesday - 2 Mile bike ride to the Studio. Endurance training, Bike ride home.
Wednsday - 2 mile bike ride to studio, Training. Bike ride to gym. Heavy weight sets on lower body(quads, calves, etc) Ride back home. 50 pushup intervals 400+ crunches
Thursday - 3 Mile bike ride to the Mall. Few miles of walking. 3 miles back home. 2 Miles to the Studio. Fighter Training/Full Sparring. 2 Miles back home 50 pushups intervals 400+ crunches
Friday - 2 Miles to Studio. Endurance Training. Back to gym, heavy weight sets on back and neck. Light weights on legs and arms. Bike back home. 50 pushup intervals 400+ crunches
Saturday - 2 miles to Studio, Training. Followed by Endruance/Fighter training. 2 Miles back home. 3 Mile run. 200 crunches 30 pushup intervals
This is pretty much my workout schedule everyday. I live by it. Keep the bikes in heavy gear and ride it hard. Watch my food intake. And find tiem to have fun in between. YAY!! This keeps me happy. This is why they call me the "Madman."
