After leaving the B&B I took off to one of my favorite spots: Paradise Falls in NC

Currently about 40 mins outside of Asheville. Not sure what is on my agenda for tonight.

I woke up this morning and almost immediately had a break down.
Not having a great mental health day.

I have 1001 things on my to do list that need to be accomplished today and no energy to do them.
