yeah i'll give you that. i suppose that is why i do the things i do. i go to places where the is little chance of anything happening because in its own way that is more comfortable than knowing in hindsight that this girl had been wanting more than just nothing. but this is my problem, and in my own way i am rectifying it. slowly but surely. i don't hate women they just baffle me, but then i think that is one of the best things about them in some ways.

Bi-polar is a hard disease to deal with as the persons emotions go from one extreme to another. It is alway sad that people are unable to gain help, do not blame yourselves over it at time you will never see any sign.
I went through this stage four months ago and gained help for it before it was to late.
And i had not reckonised the signs until i was feeling suicidalthat is my problem that i have to deal with but i can count on knowing there is a safe place for me.
