About Lalaland movie- no spoilers

A few days ago, i went with my boyfriend to watch the popular movie Lalaland.
Everybody says it's a really good movie, i even saw a meme where a metal guy fall in love of it...
So i think " ok, let's go"

I have to say.... is not my kind of movie at all....

I thought the movie was well made, but I didn't love it. Stone and Gosling can't sing and that didn't help, and it made it more obvious they aren't Fred Astaire or Ginger Rogers. The ending was interesting because it leaves quite a bit to interpretation. It was just a well done homage to old Hollywood musicals and not a life changing experience for me. Although, I liked looking at the locations around LA and Hollywood since it is where I spend a lot of time.
