Your written English does what it is supposed to do, which is get your point across, so definitely no apologising required there.  My conversational French and Arabic are good (or so I've been told) however my written is diabolical, so I'm always impressed by anyone who can get their point across in a written foreign language. As someone who deals with depression, I can understand some of the struggles and the anxiety that goes along with it.  We share a couple of the same beliefs, negative thoughts attract negative things, and complaining never helps. Congratulations on facing your fear of travelling alone,  I hope 2019 allows you to continue to overcome that fear of travelling and gives you new opportunities and chances to grow.
